Delivery and Return

Delivery

We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, except during the Christmas holiday when the company is closed. An order placed on a Danish public holiday, outside of Christmas, will be processed the next business day after the holiday.

All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation. 

All orders within Denmark are shipped with GLS. All other orders are shipped with UPS. Orders can be tracked at respectively. www.gls.dk or www.ups.com.

When the package is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, unless the courier offers an alternative option. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we do not allow delivery to P.O. boxes.

If your order consists of multiple items, we reserve the right to split the delivery. This may happen if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In the case of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each package. You will not be charged for multiple delivery costs in this case.

Shipping costs depend on where the package is to be sent. The following prices apply, unless otherwise stated on the homepage, for example in campaigns with free shipping:

Danmark: Free shipping to parcel shops on orders over DKK 399 / EUR 54 / USD 57

Shipping costs for orders under DKK 399 is DKK 49 / EUR 7 / USD 7 to parcel shops.

Home delivery DKK 69 / EUR 10 / USD 10

The rest of the EU: Free shipping on orders over DKK 499 / EUR 69 / USD 75 

Shipping costs for orders under DKK 499 is DKK 75 / EUR 10 / USD 10

The rest of Europe: Norge, Switzerland, England, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Iceland, Croatia, Montenegro. Free shipping on orders over DKK 699 / EUR 89 / USD 100

Return

When you shop at www.bellaballou.dk or www.bellaballou.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received the item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

You may only handle the goods after receipt in a way that allows you to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and the way they function. This means that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing. latest 14 days after receiving the item at info@bellaballou.com.

We expect you to ship the items as soon as possible after you have notified us of the cancellation.

You must return the goods no later than five days after you have regretted the purchase in order to make use of your right of return.

If you want to exchange your item for a different color or size, you need to return the unwanted item and place a new order.

When returning, you should ensure that the items are securely packaged, as you are responsible for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, keep the receipt from the carrier as well as any track and trace number. 

To get a full refund, it is recommended that you return the item in its original packaging with the accompanying labels.

You must pay the costs of returning the item yourself when you change your mind.

This also applies to "Uncollected packages" that are returned from a parcel shop. The return shipping costs DKK 60 / EUR 8 / USD 8, which is deducted from the return payment.

Note: Packages cannot be delivered in person to the above address. We also do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery, to parcel shops or similar.

Attach documentation for your purchase when returning

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other form of documentation for your purchase. 

Refund

The refund process usually takes 14 days. Once we have completed this process, we will refund the amount via the payment method used to pay for the order. This can take up to five working days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods.

Note that additional fees and/or taxes are non-refundable, and that shipping costs are also non-refundable.

For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. __________________________________________________________________________

Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific case. According to the law, you have a 24-month right of complaint.

In the event of returning a product under warranty, Bella Ballou will pay for the return shipping.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product, normal wear and tear, or other damaging behavior.

You must contact us within "a reasonable time"

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. For complaints, you can contact us via email at info@bellaballou.com or by phone at +45 86185888.

In order for us to assess your complaint, we need to ask you for the following:

1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect manifests itself. 

2. To document the defect, you must send 1-2 pictures along with the description. The defect must be clearly visible in the pictures.

3. Please provide the order number the item was purchased under – or attach a copy of the order confirmation you received by email.

4. After we have received your images, we will process your complaint as quickly as possible.
