DANISH DESIGN

The BEADS scarf is a square Silk scarf, in which a photographic moment is transformed into an artistic expression. The motif is based on a photo taken in Hong Kong of semi-precious stones threaded on a string, captured in an urban moment – and later edited in Photoshop to highlight the rhythm of the shapes and the depth of the colors.

The result is an abstract composition where the graphic meets the sensuous.
The sheen of the pearls, the lines of the strings, and the refined interplay of colors give the scarf character and visual intensity. A modern textile jewel with references to both jewelry craftsmanship and the city's energy.

The scarf is produced in the softest Silk Crepe de Chine and can be styled in many different ways, for example around the neck, in the hair, on a bag, as a silk top, a COOL belt, or as a decorative bracelet or eyeglass chain.
